Lis Wiehl works as an American journalist and legal analyst who used to be the Fox News analyst.
She's a professor adjunct of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She's provided legal commentaries for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She appeared weekly on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File featuring Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs Tonight the Imus morning programs and is the host of the Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl graduated from West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She completed her studies at Barnard College with a Bachelor's Degree in 1983. In 1985 she received the Master of Arts degree in Literature from the University of Queensland. And in 1987, she received the Juris Doctorate at Harvard Law School.
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the past for The US Attorney. She was the legal correspondent for NPR's All Things Considered. She served as "the Chief Investigative Counsel for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." She served as an associate professor of law with tenure on the University of Washington School of Law Seattle from 1995 until 2001. Wiehl has worked as an analyst for Fox News analyst since 2001.
